New Uk,

Thanks for this, all this info is really helpful, knowing there are others going through all this makes it easier. You sound like you have been on an interestng journey. I just hope I improve as I start treatment - I found the bad bugs site and a lot of the testimonials were a bit depressing, lots of people who were on the strict diet and tried all the herbal treatments and still tested positive for blasto (sometimes it had even increased for gods sake!) - but you have to stay positive and believe it'll work or you'd just give up.

I've been on the no grains diet now for 6 days, and today was the first day the cravings went, funnily enough my abdomen is bloated and tender from this diet, but I'm assuming thats not a bad thing - just a reaction to change. I imagine you may have to feel a lot worse before feeling better. I'm one of the few people who has never experienced diarrhoea with BCH - the opposite in face, I have very sluggish bowels and have to take castor oil as a laxitive - if I tried any anti fungal stuff before, it just made the situation much worse - its not good if you cant eliminate properly, I'll have to find a solution for this.

I'm going to show my practitioner the ingredients you listed for the wormer stuff - I would like to try this too - she said something to me about having to keep changing the herbs she prescribed as BCH adapts to them very quickly, and so she rotates them - did you find this?
