Sorry to hear things have been going roughly.When you get into one of these down cycles just about all you can do is hope tomorrow will be better. Eventually you will pull out of it. Maybe your friend coming to town will be enough to put you in a good state of mind to start climbing back up. I seemed to have finally figured out what was causing my problems and started a new homeopathic regiment, and now I feel like shit. I don't know if I am having a bad reaction to the stuff or if I just am sick. I don't know what happened to Sophie. Maybe she is so wrapped up in her new program she can't post. Anyway, have a good time with your old friend and let us know how things go!
