I used a product by Aquafina (it came packaged with a lip balm/gloss). Found it with the other lip balms at the grocery store. I know Philosophy makes one as well... Make sure it's a product specifically for the lips, facial exfoliants will be too harsh. Follow it with a moisturizer. Neutrogena Norweigian formula hand cream worked well and is only a few bucks. Let that soak in, then seal it with a petroleum based lip balm... You could go non-petroleum, you just want something to keep that moisturizer sealed in.

That combo seemed to work well. Sometimes I'd notice my lips feeling a little tight late in the day, and I would do it again. Better than picking and once the tightness was gone I wasn't so aware of my lips... Add the L-lysine & Stresstabs and they did get back to normal.
