Thank you so much for your thoughtful post.
Ive thought about going to those meetings, and the one thing that really stops me is I still have a glass of wine once in awhile...and I dont really consider myself an alcoholic as I can do that and not start getting drunk all the time. Ive had a couple drinks maybe 3x this year. I just wouldnt want to not be welcome in those meetings because Im not willing to NEVER have a drink again..I know a lot of those people can never drink again and I respect that..just not quite sure if its for me.
Ive often thought maybe I needed some type of support group though..its like I dont fit in anywhere..Im never sure where to even look for one.
