I never felt better in my life than when I didn't wear shoes.

Of course, I lived then in a warm climate.

I never got calluses on my feet until I moved into a colder climate and wore shoes.

I am thinking that now I am going to shed my shoes for good. I'm FREE now.

Seriously, I think this is good idea, toss the shoes and go with sandals.

Try it for awhile and see if it makes a difference.
