Hi there helpme17th,
I have been using Pro-M internal deodorizer instead of champex although I believe they are very similar products. I think it's too early to make any assessments about how it's working, but I plan on upping my dosage to 1000-1500 mg per day. So far using only 1 pill (500 mg), I have noticed more regularity and have experienced complete bowel movements when I go. When I say complete, I mean that it doesn't feel as if I need to go again after I empty myself. I'm not going to give up on this, I plan on sticking through with it until I see major results. Another plus, although I'm not certain if this is a result of taking the Pro-M, is clearer skin! It might have to do with getting rid of the toxins in my blood. Look out for my updates in the near future, let's hope this is it.
