Something NewUK posted just made a lot of sense to me. I am simply not eating the right foods, even though I know what has to be done.
It's like these darned creatures control your appetite, and make you eat what they want. they are very real urges. Protozoa, fluke, any of the helminths are likely to secrete chemicals which tell your brain what food to eat!
The probiotics which I am taking therapeudically, are working for my state of digestion, but it is slow.
I now intend to direct my food intake to promote the good bacteria, and try and starve out the rest of the bad guys! Hopefully the good guys win, and things will improve even more. Shroom
