I was doing all the things you said for a year and wasn't getting any better, in fact at times I felt like I was getting worse! Trouble is I wasn't cleaning my digestive system; I only started doing that a few months ago and I'm starting to cope better I think. Please check out these cleansing activities because if you start them now I expect you'll improve faster than if you don't!
