Hi Anna,

I often ate oatmeal for breakfast before discovering the Blood Type books, and wondered why such a seemingly healthy food didn't seem to work for me. Of all the meals, breakfast seems to be the very most important one for me as far as strictly adhering to the recommendations for Type O's. I feel terrific in the morning now that I start off the day with lots of protein.
