It's amazing the scare tactics they come up with.

Had a good friend come in a while ago. He said: "Doc, I'll give you a thousand dollars right now to get rid of this pain in my right testicle". I said: "That's okay Mike just pay the normal fee". Severe pain into his right testicle - He could hardly walk.

A good adjustment on L1&2 and the pain was gone in minutes.

Scary to go through though. Hits real close to home with us men.

If you can't get to a chiropractor stretch out on your bed, on your tummy, pillow between your chin and chest, hook your toes over the end of the mattres and pull up with your toes. Hold for 10 seconds then release. Wait 5 seconds do it again. Do it 4 times.

If no relief within 30 minutes stand straight up, lean back so your lower back is arched forward and twist from side to side a few times. Now, don't go crazy with this, real easy. You may hear some popping, which is okay as long as you're leaning back.

Try those things and see what happens. If no improvment go see your chiropractor.
