this morning i woke up and my left testicle was sore and tender,not super painful but uncomfortable.and tender to the touch. now doing research on google, ive scared myself into think its "testicular torsion"(google it) its basically having your ball twisted, i dont think its that because its not swollen or in extreme pain and dont have any other symptoms of it(yet) but ive read that if it is testicular torsion that the testicle could die if i dont get surgery to untwist it.
do you have any idea what it is and if it is testicular torsion is there another option besides surgery
