Sometimes I have to to find out what's in there. I'm doing P&B shakes and I want to know what it's bringing out so I know how well it's working. I fished some out and on closer inspection it was mucoid plaque, I wouldn't have know that if I hadn't looked. I have a problem digesting food so when I saw something that looked like rice it could have been rice but I got one out, had a good look and squashed it (not with my fingers I might add, I never touch anything); I was able to tell Humaworm exactly what it was like, including that it was hollowish so I have an answer that it's tapeworm segments.

Curiosity helps me to get well because I need to know exactly what's going on all of the time and this motivates me to do more. I'm just that kind of person.
