I went to get a massage today and my left side was knotted and tight from the head down to the buttocks. Now I know my job could create this, yet I seem not able to release it. I see my massuese once a month and she seems to find this in the same shape, sometimes worse than the other, every month.

Can anyone tell me what this side represents, energetically speaking? As well, what I might be 'holding' onto?
