Yes it helps but I don't believe that can make a full reversal alone.

What dosage do you use and for how long?

Grey hair and reversing has a lot of science. If you are graying because of age then vit C and copper will help.

Premature grey also will be help from these and antioxidants but premature will be helped a lot from detox nad mineralazation I think.
