When we start giving our body a break and taking a load off the toxic input of our body as thru oilpulling, IMO our body starts using this extra energy to start detoxing and cleaning house. Then if we try and put more garbage in as the body is tryiing to take it out, I believe that extra energy flow gets blocked and we get negative symptoms. The body is always communicating with us in a way. If we take care of it, it will take care of us. I know that if I go back to my old habits it will ruin my health. It's to valuable to ruin. I hope you keep moving forward.
