toss the carbon filter. it is contaminating your water.

i use glass jugs to store my water in. then they sit outside for a week before they come in. they are sterilized by the sun and i have never had anything growing in them, ever. they are never refrigerated. i dont drink cold unless it is juice stored int he fridge, and then i usually let it warm up first. all your stored toxins and lymph will migrate to the cold. that is why cold bare feet are so important. the cool sitz migrates lymph to the exit point.
