Yeah,Trap,and among the fractionated (homogenized) proteins,is xinthine oxidaze. Left whole,it is reduced away by the stomach acid,but fractionated, some is absorbed in the esophoges. This protein is like razor blades in the bloodstream - artheriosclorosis.I'd much rather just shake the milk up.
