I backed off from my SCD after Iodine because I started to feel so much better I thought that maybe this is all solved. Keep in mind compared to most I am still very strict with my carb intake.

During my last SCIO we put organic spelt bread (no yeast, natural fermented) on the machine and tested it's response to my meridians. They all lit up except stomach and small intestine.

Let me make this simple, the body is malnourished so it drives the person to eat this stuff since the energy picture looks great for (almost) all the meridians. In turn it damages the SI and stomach creating worse absorption of nutrients (which causes more malabsorption). This is why all those you talked about kept eating those sandwiches; they simple could not get past the point of realizing that it kills them due to a lack of Iodine (maybe)…
