Its all there on dogtorj.net! You know,in grammar school in the 50's we made glue for our colloges by mixing wheat and water. I remember thinking wow, this stuff is sticky! And we make bread from it? Then acouple years later we started just bying the Bordens white glue,there it was again,sticky stuff made from milk, with elsie the cow's picture on the label. Now they are making indusrial adhesives for the auto industry out of soy. Its not hard to figure out how they came up with the word "gluten" -it's glue. we are eating glue. The wheat our ancestors ate(pre 400 A.D.) for a hundred thousand years was about20% gluten. the Huns' crossbred (our modern) wheat is 40-70%.They even add additional gluten to many things. Then there is the cow,with 3x the gluten of the goat,crashing immune responses,killing millions with plagues that before this,would come & go & just take the weak.
