I've been oil pulling faithfully since the end of June, with great results. My main issues were allergies & sinus infections. Almost 3 months to the day I started, the end of Sept. I got sick. Right now I have, what I think is another sinus infection. Side note, when I started this I also changed my diet staying away from wheat, dairy & cutting back on sugar. I lost 7 pounds in the process. But, I had been feeling so good, I started eating bad again (but I did continue oil pulling) resulting in the 7 pounds being put back on & now this sinus infection. My question is at this 3 month interval is my body trying to purge more of the infections? And, could my diet be a factor in contributing to this recent sinus infection? Also, I'm continuing to oil pull (actually feel much better today), and needless to say, getting back to eating right. No more wheat or dairy for me.
