I've read that hearing loss as been related to manganese, magnesium, vitamin A, and mineral deficiencies in general.

Apparently hearing loss is another one of those problems that the scientists aren't getting paid to research, so we have to figure it out for ourselves by trial an error.

I'm inclined to start tweaking my dailies, as I've got a little bit of it too, plus some pretty loud tinnitis.
