Have you don'e any fasting? I just got off a 22 day juice fast and my skin really cleared up. It hasn't been this clear in years.

BTW, I haven't done any Liver Flushes yet. I've never had liver or gallbladder pain and I'm afraid once I start flushing I'm going to have problems. I know I need to do it but I'm chicken.
