NEVER!!!!!!!!!!! stop Yourself from crying threw this...crying is THE single most healing tool that You possess....i dont know what alot of these bliss ninnys who are spreading all this "positive," disinformation are thinking but they are not correct when they co-hurse others to override their "negitive" emotions...over rideing, so called, "negitive," emotions is a killer"

And when you are tired of crying, get mad. There are some things that need to become extinct. Worms infesting human beings is one of them.
