sorry I'm not gilda, but, yes I can pretty much guarrantee you that you have candida overgrowth if you have yeast. Probiotics won't do much, you need to wipe out the candida with antifungals. I used pau d arco which worked good for me, but, apparently that horopito oil is better. You cant take pre/probiotics while taking antifungals for some reason. And yes, you most definitely have leaky gut. I do recommend you find a practioner to work with who deals with candida and leaky gut cause it takes a lot of stress out of the situation. If you do go on antifungals, only use them for 2 weeks then wait a day and start on a high quality refridgerated pre/probiotics. No Sugar diet is important while doing antifungals and no oranges or juice.
