Hi,
I have a 11 cm cyst on my spleen as well. I was wondering if the apple cider vinegar and castor oil pack could help reduce my cyst. If so, how frequently do I need to do this? It is something that I will have to do the rest of my life to keep the size down? Any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks!
