Just thought I would tell you all that I achieved a temp today of 98.6! I have never before achived that! What did it your asking? Well it was not iodine, since i have not been supplementing it for a week. It was a can of sardines, lol. There was something in the sardines that my body really needed, perhaps a few trace minerals. At any rate, I think that this is quite spectacular. Just wanted to pass on.
