synthroid - C15 H11 I4 N O4

C15 x 12 = 180

H11 x 1 = 11

I4 x 127 = 508

N x 14 = 14

O4 x 16 = 64

180 + 11 + 14 + 64 = 269

269(atomic mass of all other atoms) + 508(atomic mass of Iodine atoms) = 777

iodine is almost 2/3 of thyroxin by weight.
