Interesting. Plzchuckle had thought the "gentle flush" was going to just be for maintenance, and passed green stones that were a surprise too. Just goes to show that it's a lifelong "project".

I had read where other people were having the Epsom Salts not work like they had before, and I've been experiencing that myself. I even increased the number of times I used it, and increased the amount.

I've been deworming, and did one flush that got more flukes out, but I'd been passing them through the colon prior to that too. However, I started the "gentle/cayenne pepper" flush that plzchuckle gave the recipe for yesterday (after being on liver support herbs for a couple of weeks) you drink it every morning. This morning, I passed about 8 large, floating, larger than a marble-sized "things". I'm thinking they would have been what I would have called stones, had they been green- they were brown. But they were grainy/waxy when I smooshed them. There was oil floating on the water, so I know what I passed had come from the liver.

It's been a nice surprise that drinking the cayenne/lemon juice/molasses/olive oil/distilled water "concoction" hasn't been one I've had to gag down, it's not bad.
