Somehow your story supports my theory, that those stones are actually formed in the duodenum instead of liver.
The incredients in the flush seems to help the formation. If the bile qty is small, there may not be right chemistry present to form the stones, only chaff.

For those, who think I would doubt the effectiness of LF, not at all.
The end result is still the same, no matter where the stones are formed.
the Liver-Flush brings foreign matter out of liver.
That's what matters.
