..In case anyone ever wants to know...

Pineapple, followed about an hour later with about a teaspoon of castor oil, and dinner...worked like gangbusters five hours after the castor oil was swallowed...one day, but not the next day.

The difference may have been in the bodily build-up.

Once released, there just may have been little reason for the body to react strongly...I don't know.

I am now wondering what will happen the next day...today.
