Most of the seasonal Liver Flushes I do for maintenance are pretty routine with just a little chaff or a few small stones (sometimes no stones at all). This time it was almost like I was just beginning to flush. I did a Hulda Clark style flush, but had to use apple juice, I am broke until payday and apple juice was all I had. The only other thing I did was slightly increase the Epsom Salts , since they did not work well on my last two flushes.
Early this morning I began passing tons of waxy chaff, small broken looking stones and dark fluid. I passed a few larger dark green, almost black, stones. As the day went on the flakes of chaff grew larger. It looked like oatmeal, but I have not had oatmeal in a long time. I also awoke with terrible negative emotions. I knew it was a reaction from the flush, but I could still not control those feeling. I just let them come out. It was a strange sensation of being split in two with one half practically out of control and the other half observing the situation. I believe this must be from an emotional detox rather than situational because my intellectual side was fine and the emotions poured out like the chaff.
Now I have had both AM Epsom Salt drinks and three packets of EmergenC for electrolyte replacement. I feel much calmer now, but seem to be running a fever. I don't know if I caught a "bug" at work or if its caused by toxins. If my blood pressure stays down I may try a salt water flush this afternoon.
There is no great news here, but hopefully a testimony to continue to do an occasional Liver Flush even after you become stone free from a regular series of flushes. Liver congestion can reoccur. When factors like poor diet, stress, parasites, drugs and illness cause extra stress on the body as a whole and the liver in particular, the liver will become congested and new stones created.
