Hi been there done that,

I don't know what you mean by promoting my book and web site. I don't use any videos. I shows you have not done your research. I am not selling anything, no products, no books, except some ideas and not even personal services. The only thing I am promoting is ideas about self-help nutritional psychotherapy where people can help themselves overcome mood disorders without paying a cent or running to self-serving doctors and psychologists. Perhaps you object to this and are promoting "conventional treatment modalities" on behalf of conventional doctors and psychologists. I agree I am promoting self-help psycho-nutritional therapy, and wonder why this should upset you.

Remember this is an alternative support site for depression. It implies alternative ideas, and why cannot we express "alternative ideas" about treatment?
