You may want to consider taking something to absorb the toxins
that are circulating in the body such as Activated charcoal or
Benonite clay.

They both absorb everything so you need to take
them 2 hours before and or after eating, supplements
and medication.

If you get up in the middle of the night this is a great
time to take a couple of Activated charcoal capsules.

Activated charcoal is used in emergency rooms for poison
control.

Often toxins are just redistributed without removal not a
good idea.
