well there you go, im really sorry to hear about this...
i do believe these fad diets do more harm than good...and to start fasting and going on a mono diet when he mighten be in the right state of mind is tough..
and for ppl to recommend these diets when ppl are unwell and depleted like you're brother clearly is now...is criminal
