Did you follow a particular protocol with the castor oil?

Or is there a Liver Flush including it?

Or did you just take it when you decided you needed to?

My surprising results came when I ate some fresh pineaple, and then had something like a teaspoon of castor oil about an hour later.

Like clockwork I was in the bathroom five hours later, after a pretty big supper of noodles, cooked cabbage, and grated carrots, etc.. My appetite is somewhat hearty these days.

Hm-m-m...there's some pineapple left....
