I have the same exact problem - for 3 years now.   The pain is excruciating at times for me. I've been vegan for a long time, and every doctor tells me that no vegan gets this problem!  Ugh.  I've been drinking Dandy Blend for 6 months now.  I used to have an attack after eating ANY fat, or during natural hormone shifts (ovulating, etc.).  And they were bad attacks.  I called 911 more than once, thinking I was dying.  Since drinking the Dandy Blend, I've had a few minor attacks, but nothing like they used to be.  I definitely don't think it's a cure, but can help until something better comes along.

I buy it at Herbs etc, but I'm sure there are other stores that sell.  It has beet and dandelion root in it, and actually tastes pretty good!
