Your start is good.I would add a multi-vitamin/mineral capsule,200 mcg selenium and not take potassium or zinc for now.Be sure to peel the vegetable skins.If you have been previously using processed food in your diet,use the grains and vegetables in smaller portions and then increase them daily.This gives your colon a chance to adopt to the new diet.If your procedure is correct,your colon will give you a positive result.The most important part is sharing information.Please post your
medication,bowel frequency,stool form and blood.This gives us a chance to observe your progress.sheldon
