Hello. I have some questions I hope some of you can answer. My wife recently had surgery for breast cancer, and stopped chemo after one time because it was just too much for her. But she needs to continue with some form of treatment to control the cells which most likely metastisized in her high grade cancer type. Dr Gammil recommended a number of things, including diet(forget raw foods, she won't eat them because they're 'cold' - bad for the body), immune therapy(not sure what that is)and a number of other easily understood things. Now my wife wants to do what her friend has done - send a sample of blood to Japan(we're in Taiwan)where they do something to it to either increase the number of natural killer cells or increase their effectiveness. Has anyone heard of this process?(it's expensive) And if its reasonably worthwhile to try, can the nk cells kill tumor cells without the tough cell walls first being weakened, perhaps by pancreatic enzymes?
Also, does beta glucan do the same thing? Thanks
thinman
