Hi Trystan *hugs* I really feel for you, I'm sorry for your struggles. I've been where you are in the past and can totally relate. If I were in your position, I'd keep repeating to myself "this too shall pass", and no that's not a cleansing pun :)

I am 50, and also doing a strict diet and detox program. I suffer from adult onset Acne cysts and at times, boils. Everytime I get one of these nasty cysts, it leaves this huge dent in my face, trust me, I know how you feel. My complexion looks like I've been through a war. Years ago, when I was on a detox program, my Acne was outrageously bad - I felt like a freak in public and we both know, makeup can't hide the problem. When I think back about what I was eating at the time, my vegetarian diet included: butter, nuts, seeds, oils. I've since learned that I can't eat those things without a severe Acne outbreak. I am able to eat pumpkin seeds (a candida albicans killer) but I don't eat tons of them.

I would also encourage you to look into murad clarifying cleanser. This truly has been a miracle for me. I no longer have acne - my skin is clear. My skin still gets worse before my period too, but the cleanser seems to make my problems disappear. Otherwise, I don't even wash with it everyday. I'm not selling this stuff. Their other products don't seem to do anything for me, just that soap. The primary active ingredient in their cleanser is acetylsalicylic acid, aspirin. To keep from having to purchase anything, you could consider adding a tiny bit of dissolved aspirin to your soap. Their cleanser has just a 1.5% solution of aspirin in it, so ya don't need much.

I suffer from chronic fatigue, and am just about to start cleansing with colonix. I know I could have purchased all their ingredients by myself & made my own program, but I don't have the energy for that at the moment. If you're interested, I'm journaling my progress, diet and supplements. I've just started my blog and in the next few days will add my supplements list.

You're doing so well. I know you'll feel better. Keep trying, try different things, I know it's so tough. Give yourself 3 months, in that time, you'll see improvement, I know. *hugs* carrie
