Dear Infinite Love,

I specifically wrote to Pepperidge Farm inquiring if they used unbromated flour in their bread products.

I was assured, in writing, that all of the Pepperidge Farm products use unbromated flour.

Lynne contacted Entemann's and, while they assured her that only used unbromated flour in their bread products, they declined to put it in writing.
