Awesome, totally emotionally-real post! I am SO there with you! I affirm for you that these things will all be so much better, faster now.. What a tremendous healing you are getting, I am very, very happy for you :)! You deserve this, yes indeed (Because of your deeds) you do :).

I have found that with the understanding you have described in your posts on this thread, comes a "dissolving of the whole structure" of the problematic behavior/emotional pattern, and forgiveness (Within yourself) is not far behind once that point has been reached.

I think all you can do as far as others are concerned who have been "lashed out at" as you say, is to clue them in ASAP to what was happening, then let Nature take its course. I mean, what else can you do?

So, all the dissolving drekk in your body running around made ya crazy, so OK. Thank God *that* round is over :)..

If I were you, I'd mix up a batch of that awesome cream you do which is making history around here. Then I'd designate a small jar of it for each person you have had adversity with. Then I'd go to each one (Or mail it with a note if they're too far away), say what you have to say about whatever took place between you, then give them the jar, explain its healing properties, and tell them it is a gift which you have made for them, so that they understand that the transition to healing is serious with you.

Someone you are sure may be vengeful or 'lash back', mail it with a note and don't expect a reply. :) Maybe they'll surprise you :).
