Hello I just started the enemas and diet yesterday. After yesterday I felt great but this morning I had explosive diarrhea. I took another enema and now waiting to see how it goes. I have been eating Brown rice, carrots, onions, All natural chicken broth no msg, and broccoli so far. I am also going to add chicken, eggs, and maybe yogurt. I am also taking 100% natural vitamin e and I also take vitamin c, zinc, and Potassium. I also take probiotics. One the pro biotic pills has FOS in it. I just want to make sure I am doing the right things so that I can have good results. Any help is appreciated.
