its so funny. i have been doing so much iodine and not any of the other sups to speak of. its like i have been living off of sunshine and iodine all summer. i feel the change a'comin. time to eat my sunshine instead. back to the pinapples and get regular with my herbs. i am about to break form iodine. i bought two more gallons of fresh cider today. sure has cut down on my distiller use!
