Well who knows what Dr. Karach meant, his studies were in Russian. But humans can live to that age, and beyond. It's been documented. Mainly tribes of people that live in incredibly rich mineral areas and drink glacier water. Perhaps Dr. Karach recognized that EFA's were one of the most important nutrient sources for the body. I tend to agree with that.
