Well I read your post a bunch of times now and copied it - one of the best posts I've read on Curezone btw...

I'm confused about the last sentence though and tried to reread it a bunch of times:

"but accepting these emotions might only feed them rather than starve them into powerlessness and non existence."

do you mean "but allowing...
or that
It's good to starve emotions into powerlessness and non-existence.
?

And... is there a source for your knowledge on this stuff (formal study or religion) or is it just something you picked up from life in General?
