Hi, just wanted to give you the benefit of my recent experience in case it's helpful to you. I was not fasting at the time, just trying to give my body a rest for a couple days, drinking juice during the morning and afternoon before eating around dinnertime.

I will probably not have my first fast until 2008. I heard the master cleanse is a tough one, it interests me though. How long ago was it that you did it?
