Hello, Moreless

One night two years ago, I experienced high blood pressure and the ER doctor told me that I had hypokalemia (low potassium). He gave me a couple units of liquid potassium, needless to say, I was charged $3K for the visit because of all the fancy gadgets and devices they used on me. But when I visited my personal doctor, he said that there was really nothing wrong with me yet I experienced extremely low energy. To this day, I still wonder what that was all about.

Last night, I experienced some heart palpitations and I immediately went for mineral water and later I chewed the juice of celery stalk which I believed has sodium in it. And then afterwards, I took your alkalizing drink for the potassium and other alkaline minerals. I think I did the right thing, however, I still feel tired and in addition, I lack sleep because my body is too tense.

Based on my researches and your write-ups, I am finally understanding the importance of the ratio of sodium and potassium but I am still confused as to what sort of ratio I should be relying upon. Is there a standard for older women?
