Having detox symptoms of any kind are a clear sign that one is tipping the balance of the body... swinging the pendulum if you will.

A better course of action would be to slowly guide the body to center using "detox" symptoms as a barometer of doing too much, too quickly; This enables the mind, body, spirit to better function.

That said, there may be cases of illness where a quick course of action is necessary and a detox reaction is preferred over the alternative.
