I've been thinking about asking the doc to test my thyroid gland and you've confirmed it so thanks!

Here's what my naturopath said about rice dream:

'Re, rice dream etc - dont confuse ingredients list with nutritional breakdown list - the nutritional breakdown of any carb will list xgrams of sugar, and as long as it is a complex carb to start with thats ok. Its the Sugar in the ingredients list that you have to worry about. Does that clarify it for you?'

And I spoke to the company that makes it on the phone and apparently they don't add rice syrup.

I'm now off to town to exchange the soya milk I bought yesterday for rice dream. I'll be glad to be back on that because soya milk's horrible!

I'll check out the lecithin.

Curious; are you getting better yet?
