So very true, and why we may get into the disagreements we do sometimes... one person uses something, has miraculous results that is considered a poison by another, and quite frankly could be to that individual.

Too much of anything can be bad... to much salt or too much water can kill a person.

Yes I did, about a year ago... I did a whole cycle. I cannot state with any certainty whether I benefited from that or not. It certainly did not hurt me any.
